This place is at the edge of Chinatown, at the far end of Lebreton closer to Gladstone then to Somerset. They've been open a quite a while, and have karaoke if you're into that.

This is right off of Bank St in busy downtown Ottawa. At the time of this writing, major construction is underway on Bank Street right where the restaurant is located, but they are still open. There is metered parking on the side streets close by.
They have a large selection of Vietnamese dishes, including appetizers, soup, rice dishes, roll-ups, desserts, and fancy drinks. Dishes range from $8 - $14, while the beef noodle soup is $6.49 (sm) to $8.49 (lrg).
Hours are Monday to Saturday 11am - 10pm, and Sunday 11am to 9pm.

This place is CLOSED. Or maybe just the name is changed. See Hoang Vietnamese Bistro for the latest incarnation of this restaurant.
This place is across the street from the New Mee Fung and is upstairs. If this sounds familiar, then you are correct because it is the same space that used to be called Pho Rua Vang. Once again, it is upstairs in the same building as another pho restaurant although there is no apparent connection between the two.
Pho Hoaing Linh has the usual selection of spring rolls and other appetisers, beef noodle soups, buns (rice vermicelli), rice dishes, and some rice paper roll ups. There's also a selection of drinks if you are into that.

A new place on the fringes of Chinatown. It's open 11AM to 9PM, and slightly longer on weekends.
They serve the usual dishes of spring rolls and summer rolls for $3.50 to $3.75, Various pho dishes for $5.75 for smalls, $6.75 for mediums and $7.75 for larges. Most phos are beef and rice noodles but there are chicken and egg noodle variations. There are also a few rice vermicelli and rice dishes for $7 or $7.50.
Drinks are on the menu, standard fare of iced coffees, soft drinks, juices and avocado and durian shakes, nothing out of the ordinary.

This restaurant is closed. Pho'licious is now in that location.
Pho Sai Gon.... is gone. A new Pho restaurant with new owners and staff is in its place. The decor has been updated, and the door no longer scrapes along the floor as you enter the restaurant. Even a table was placed in the cramped patio area (I don't want to ask if it's legal to put a table there). The menu looks surprisingly similar to the old restaurant's, although I can't be sure, a lot of the pho restaurants in town do serve the same soups.

A small place outside of Chinatown. Open 11AM to 10PM daily, except it opens later on weekends.
Different? yes. Good? read on.
Luckily, there's a patio so the capacity doubles when weather permits. There's a small menu of which more than half contains specialty drinks like bubble tea, bubble sherbet, special calpis drinks (whatever they are), plus others. Rather expensive, too, ranging from $3.50 to $6.00 each.
Food is available as well. There's the usual pho, spring rolls and some bun. Then there's stir-fry's of chicken, lemon grass, oyster sauce and other nice stuff like salads.
Pho comes in one size only, and cost $6.75. Side condiments are sparse. None of them are on the table, not even the hot sauce.
