Hi my name is Terry Lu.. i think the best place in ottawa for PHo is PHo thu do.. one of the best... i have never been anywhere else.. they know me by name when i walk in.. the food is amazing.. i can;t get enough of it.. i have it at least 3 tiems a week with my friends... i got so many people into this food.. i love it

One thing that jumps out at
One thing that jumps out at me is that, with the exception of the top-ranked restaurant, all the Pho Bo Ga places are in a tight group near the top all within a quarter point. That says how consistently good they are.
