A smallish place that is right in the heart of Chinatown. The decor is simple to non-existant, with regular diner-style table and chairs. Street parking only.

The menu is varied, with many specials, appetizers, and specialty drinks. Most soups are one size, with prices around $6. Drinks are mostly a reasonable $2.

A mostly busy place but we

A mostly busy place but we were able to get a table for two even though we arrived at 12:15PM on a Friday. It was one of the last tables, though.

I had a special combination beef pho, the one that comes with just about every type of beef including the slices, tendons, tripe and meatballs. The soup was full of taste even though I was unable to detect any MSG. Wonderful.

Unfortunately, the bowls come in only one size and the herbs and other additives plate is of limited variety.

The service, however, more than made up for it. One of the three waitresses seemed to be constantly hovering nearby and always appeared when we needed service. Top marks for that.
